Custom PCB Design & Manufacturing

You bring the idea. We design, engineer, manufacture and assemble the electronic board.

From a simple controller to a complex multilayer PCB, we handle the development process: electronics design, schematic, PCB layout, component selection, board production, SMD and through-hole soldering, programming and testing. We work from your concept, a functional description or an existing design that needs improvement.

Electronic design

We turn your idea, specifications or existing prototype into a circuit schematic, component selection and a practical engineering plan.

PCB layout & routing

Custom board shapes, multilayer PCB layouts, component placement and detailed copper routing with 2D and 3D design review.

PCB manufacturing

Prototype boards, revised versions and production quantities, with the materials, dimensions and finish selected for your application.

Component assembly & soldering

SMD and through-hole components assembled and soldered using our workshop equipment, followed by visual and electrical checks.

Programming & integration

Embedded firmware for controllers, sensors, communication and I/O, with software integration when your project requires it.

Testing & production

Board bring-up, functional testing, troubleshooting and revisions before moving from a working prototype to repeatable production.

What we can build

  • Custom control boards, I/O modules, industrial automation and machine controllers.
  • Power-management, relay, communication and interface boards tailored to your application.
  • One working prototype, revisions or repeated production quantities depending on your project.
Have an idea for an electronic product? Send a drawing, photo, existing board or simply describe what the electronics must do. Include the available power supply, approximate size, interfaces and expected quantity if known. We can help define the design from there.
